What is Health Coaching?
Health coaching focuses on supporting people to make more informed and conscious choices about their health. It enables people to develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence to improve their health and wellbeing.
It can be particularly effective in preventing, managing and reversing health conditions where there are behavioural and lifestyle risk factors including pre and type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol and overweight and obesity.
What is Exercise Prescription
Exercise prescription is suitable for you if you want or have been told to get more active. It’s all about focusing on moving more and working within your own limitations. You will work at your own pace to manage and improve your physical and mental health.
I specialise in supporting people of all ages to make sustainable lifestyle changes and create new healthy habits to improve their long-term health and wellbeing.
